I appreciate the response. I did post my issues with logs, but never got a response. It's been 24 hrs.

Is that allowed? Am I allowed to ask someone if they will install LSPFR and mods and plugins for me? I've spent two days and encountered tons of errors, even when following every direction to a T. Pretty much to the point I would rather pay than deal with these crashing issues. Transactions would be done through Paypal, no random pay apps or anything.

I'm getting the "Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again error". I've tried disabling Anti Virus, I've ran as Admin, and I've re-watched the install tutorial 2 more times to make sure I installed each of the 3 mods right. Here is my pastebin: https://pastebin.com/sE2neR3a I'm not sure if the issues is me or not. I'm having a RageHook Plugin crash while on a traffic stop. It happens every time when on a stop after 30 seconds in.
