No Police Station

So, I recently installed de LSPDFR in my GTA V, but I didn't play anything in the Single Player Mode and there are no Police Station on my map so I can start playing LSCPDFR. I just finished the mission when you unlock Michael, and even then there's no Police Station in the map. My console doesn't open even when I press F4 countless times, only when I press (' ") {the key to the left of number 1} opens up a screen for me to write Cheat Codes. Do I have to play the campaign until certain part so that I can start the LSPDFR, or is there anything I missed?
