Callout Call ideas for any modder. Feel free to add. :)

Featured Replies

Hi! I have been playing with some ideas and talking to a friend who is an actual British police officer about the kind of calls that could be added or given detail and that kind of reflect a realistic or more interesting Police experience in the game.

I love the packs so far but i kind of hope for less car chases and shootouts and maybe some calmer calls with investigation and immersion.

I have zero skill or ability to make mods but maybe if anyone that has or can make Callouts wanted some ideas here are some of my own. Feel free to post and also add ideas. Dont worry if they feel silly as sometimes the silly ideas end up the best.

here they are below:

Ideas for callouts

EMS/welfare calls…

Overdose – victim found by either player officer in park or alleyway or residential driveways etc, or found by member of the public who either calls it through to control or waves you down. Victim has or has no history of drug abuse or possibly could be medical overdose. Victim may have correct medication on them or illegal drugs. Statements and investigation required. (EMS-Coroner-Radio checks, CPR).

Resident welfare concern – Neighbours not heard from a resident for some weeks and now worried about welfare. Victim could be elderly or with handicaps. Officer would attend the home and either ring doorbell or force entry or locate an open door/window.  Could be a person that’s fallen in their home and needs EMS due to broken leg/s. Might be a person that’s passed away and not found for days. Might be a person that been burgled, attacked and left by suspect or some comical situation where victim has been handcuffed to bed due to some sexual kink. Various options ( EMS, Coroner, Radiochecks, Investigation questioning).

Unconscious person – Officer sees person laying on floor or waved down by member of public or a call. Subject could be one of the following. Shot and unconscious and bleeding, Diabetic that’s collapsed due to lack of sugar and needs EMS or CPR ( insulin), An Epileptic who has had a fit and needs EMS, drunk that’s had too much and passed out, stabbed person needing CPR/EMS/Coroner, A heart attack victim, Homeless person asleep. Investigation required. Questions to person finding them or victim search for ID etc. ( EMS, CPR,Coroner, Radiochecks, arrest)

Stray Dog/s attack – Call from Control or waved down by witness to a stray dog attack on a subject. Subject might be on the floor holding a bite injury and either conscious or unconscious. Questioning would determine number of dogs and where they went. Search for dog or dog pack and deal. ( EMS, CPR, Coroner, Vet/dog control, backup)

Prostitute robbed/raped/attacked – Officer locates victim on patrol or waved down by member of public or given call due to victim calling for help on her phone. Attend and deal. EMS for injuries, questioning to locate suspect. Victim might be forthcoming and give details or due to concern of being a prostitute gives weak info if at all. If robbed then search of suspect to locate stolen property. Possible Pimp attendance who may take over, be awkward or helpful. ( EMS, CPR, radiocheck, investigation, arrests, pursuit).

Lostperson/pet – Call from Control or waved down by member of public with regard to a lost person or pet. If person this could be a lost child that might be in the area of a park or shopping mall or residential area. If adult this might be an elderly person maybe with mental health issue and wandered off. If a pet then pet descrition given and area search. ( radio checks, CPR, EMS, investigation)

Broken down vehicle – Call from Control or officer observation regarding a broken down vehicle. Vehicle might have simple engine failure, flat tyre/s, or been in a minor accident such as ran into a lightpost or wall or parking accident. Subjects might be innocent and not intoxicated but checks done still. Subjects assisted if simple vehicle failure such as tow service and taxi service. If subjects intoxicated or any crime found, ie vehicle found to possess stolen property or vehicle is stolen or subjects wanted then deal as needed. ( Radio checks, EMS, CPR, Tow Service, taxi , investigation, backup)

Miscellaneous Calls…

Parked Vehicle suspicious activity – Call from control or officer patrol observation or waved down by member of public regarding a suspicious stationary vehicle. This vehicle might have the following scenarios. 1) Person/s in vehicle having sex. This might be in a dark alleyway carpark or off road. Officer may deal by talking/questioning subject/s and interrupting their sex and asking them to move along or could arrest both for public indecency. Could be prostitute with client or general public. Could be a single person masturbating lol. 2) Person/s in vehicle using or purchasing drugs. Interrupt person/s and question and searches. Depending on drugs being exchanged/used arrest or caution. Radio checks for warrants and history and vehicle search. 3) Person/s asleep in vehicle. Could be a work vehicle and worker very tired and pulled over to sleep or a homeless person sleeping in their car or broken into a persons car to sleep. ID checks and either move along or arrest due to checks and situation.

Abandoned vehicles – Some randomly placed vehicles of various kinds ie, bikes, trucks, work vehicles, sports cars, old damaged cars left at roadsides or in alleyways or dumped in bushes or off road. These vehicles may or may not come up with info when checked regarding crimes such as stolen vehicle, stolen property found in them or even possibly dead body due to crime or just someone died in it from medical issue or suicide. Maybe a person found tied up and left due to a failed kidnap or attack. Police checks to be done and vehicle checked and searched. If persons found in  vehicle then ID checks or possible questioning. Some vehicles might just be innocently abandoned. ( EMS, CPR, Tow, Coroner, backup).

Loitering / suspicious persons - Call from control or from member of public waving down patrol or even notcied by player. Suspicious person seen stood outside a residence. This could via investigation and question be one of the following:

Disgruntled Ex-partner arguing with ex outside their house ( domestic call), potential burglar scoping /checking out a place to break into, Peeping Tom watching someone inside, resident owner locked out of their home, lost person who cant remember where they live, plumber/carpenter/or any other service just trying to get a response from resident. officer deals with this through investigation.

Use the Bold and "-" or numbers to highlight your ideas and also give space between each one to make reading easier.

@Krazy

Sorry! Is that a bit better? i make the call titles more bold and spaced them a bit. 🙂

my Rl Police friend did say that the majority of his everyday calls are Domestic disturbances , assaults and criminal damage. I might get to working on some variety ideas for these. Most of his traffic stops are drink - driving or unroadworthy vehicles.
