I'm also having this issue, I have done everything from previous posts in this thread.

Having this same issue now all of a sudden. Might be related to installing "True Coroners" Skin. Its always the Stunt costume and the Green Letterman jacket.  Going to delete it and report back. 

 

*Update, removed it from my mods file, nothing changed. The only other change i made was installing an LSPD ELS vehicle pack that used an installer.  This is the vehicle pack I am referencing. Didn't start happening until this/the Coroner Skin.

How I solved the problem. Reinstall of EUP Menu, ELO, RAS, and the install of the mod called "Jurisdictions +"(I chose option 1) in that order.  I think what was confusing some people was the other person was saying Jurisdictions XML, which I could not find.   When I say " re-install" I mean just re-copy the files over/ install the installer packages via OPENIV, no need to delete anything first, or do a clean install for your 2nd or 3rd time trying to fix the issue.  I also installed alex ashfords EUP configs as well, which may have helped, which I installed before jurisdictions +. Kinda wish for issues like this there was a way to install mods like nexus, to where the files are only in the main game directory via the manager and then removed if you delete the mod which helps with troubleshooting, and keeps the MD clean. But yeah do it in that order and it SHOULD solve your problem. 

correction to that, I fixed the initial issue of the crazy outfits, however now, wherever undercover cops show up their uniforms, clothing, decals ect are very random and out of place.

 Now, what do you mean by ELO and RAS?

Did anyone figure out how to fix it yet? I have the same problem and this fix didnt work for me...

This fixed it for me, Jurisdictions+ with option has made all the police uniforms work as expected again.

EUP Menu -> ELO -> SAR -> Alex Ashford's EUP Configurations -> Jurisdiction+ Option 1

 

Thats how i did it, reinstalled everything only and it worked. Finally no more clown outfits lol. Thank you!

Should've just went for individual vehicle models. Anyone have a fix? Tried downloading/installing every fix listed here.

 

Game + LSPDFR are up to date.

 

EDIT: Managed to get uniforms (mostly) working, minus some weird patriotic under shirt.

 

Lights on the initial install (ELS pack such & such) do not function. Vehicles still believe they're on, must be infrared. 😛
