Will my Police Character be able to work with my Police Reskin mods?

I download a Police, Sheriff, SWAT, and Park Ranger reskin for player models and I am wondering if it will work with the new custom character feature.

I am Lance Corporal of the Los Santo's Sheriff Department which I am usually sent to patrol Paleto Bay and Sandy Shore's. I was promoted from Park Ranger a year ago for arresting a possible terrorist threat thank's to a stranger but I didn't note it   (funny joke from a Arrest Event) So know I dealt with Bank Robbery's and Police Shootouts but usually the Hospital brings everyone back to life 😉😉 so lets Obey and Survive.

    It depends if they are designed to work with custom character models or normal ped models.

    Ok I read the thing so I have to edit what the model looks like by editing the files? I like the character system I just don't want to have default models as my character
