Error in Script / Can't go on duty

I can't start LCPDFR. I get the error in the top corner that says "First Response Script Failed to Start". I have attempted to reinstall the game and it won't work. I also tried to reinstall LCPDFR multiple times but I still can't get it to work. i ran the G17 Tool and this is the results I got:
