I did i clean install of a copy of steam's GTA, no modes no nothing, made it lunch on windowed  mode.

when i lunch the game through RPH it doesn't load the social club thing, and it only shows one tab open.

also tried disabling my anti- virus program but it didn't help.

ok try to go into you gta folder press on gta in the folder not the launcher. it will give you a error saying must load gta 5  exe by launcher. then try again.

Nothing.

im pretty sure it's something with RPH beacuse when ever i lunch the game(not by RPH) it loads just fine

then try to download rph again. sometimes there might be a dll in lspdfr that has pooped on the rph one.

no it could be any one of them.

like when you download lspdfr it download dlls in you directory that might be conflicting with rph but just download rph again.

no... whats that?

its a windows app that helps you track whats crashing it like it even could be a windows thing thats making it crash so load gta up when it crashes go into event viewer and click on applications then click on error and then you might be able to see.
