I did. didn't do anything though...

Nothing. im pretty sure it's something with RPH beacuse when ever i lunch the game(not by RPH) it loads just fine

Already did that

I did i clean install of a copy of steam's GTA, no modes no nothing, made it lunch on windowed mode. when i lunch the game through RPH it doesn't load the social club thing, and it only shows one tab open. also tried disabling my anti- virus program but it didn't help.
