I'm not sure if anyone else is having issues but I just can't seem to get custom agencies running, either the xml crashes or everything loads but no custom agencies show up on patrol, could someone please help and maybe give a better explanation on how to organize the xmls and how to format them?

I don't know either how the "custom" folder works 😞

I found it just as easy to just edit the base .xml's. Reality is, if something goes horribly wrong, a return to vanilla just involves overwriting the edited files with those obtainable from the manual install.
