I'm not sure if this is even possible, so please bear with me.  I was hoping someone could take this vehicle...

 

And put these skins on it, along with a regular unmarked skin (able to have color changed), as liveries selectable through the F9 menu.

I have spoken to the poster of the vehicle, and he's been very helpful with trying to explain how to do it to me, but I know absolutely nothing about this type of stuff, so I'm completely lost.  Any help would be appreciated, and I do apologize in advance if I violated anything making this request.

 

Edit:  This would be done to be able to use the vehicle in a FiveM server, if that is pertinent info.

If you're brand new to all of this, I recommend looking up tutorial videos and following along with them.  What you're wanting to do isn't hard, but it's certainly something you need to know what you're doing just to make sure you don't mess with anything you're not supposed to.

They can, but you'd be better off posting this request on the fivem community.  Almost all of our users play single player and wouldn't be able to help you install into your server.
