Ok so I may be hallucinating/misremembering but ages and ages ago I remember getting a ped pack which had a really nice SAHP addition. I remember the SAHP Riot ped in EUP coming up with a navy blue uniform and a black vest with "Highway Patrol" in orange text on the back. 

 

I have since had many updates/changes to my PC (uni life) and I can't find it for the life of me.

 

I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can point me towards it or tell me I'm dreaming
