The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Those are default callouts provided by LSPDFR dev team.

For more callouts, you should download and install it.

    I tried assorted callouts as well. Nothing. Never had this issue.  100% fresh GTA V install too.

    I'll fool around with RPH and load the plugin hang on...
