The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

After I installed Federal Callouts, I started the game and the albo1125 message box popped up saying all of his mods won't work because ragenativeui.dll is out of date. How do I download a newer version of it? It didn't come with the rage plugin hook download.

You can download the newest version from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
Drag and drop in your main GTA V directory and overwrite if asked.
