Memory Error

I have gotten this error twice that has crashed my game in the past hour. Can someone tell me what it means and how I can fix it?

Maybe your computer is not good, can u tell me how many plugins u have installed?

My computer has been running it really strong, I have 7 plugins in my plugin folder, and within the Plugin>LSPDFR folder i have about 15.

Actually I tried to download it but i caused my game to crash even after I downloaded the heapajuster

Did you download both these items:

Yes I did, I noticed that the gameconfig is not up to date with the latest version of the game, could that be why it's not working?

Negatory. I have it in my game and my game is loading fine. Let me take a look into this one further.

Fixed it by getting rid of some vehicles, while you here, any tips on FPS boost?

In your graphics settings there are a few things you can mess with. Like turning down the population density and variety. And turning some other stuff down to normal as well.

I fixed it by just getting rid of a couple vehicle skins and models

I didn't know the skins would be taking alot of space? I think its just the cars itself.

Yeah the skins don't take much memory at all but for me they helped because I didn't want to get rid of many models.
