Is rage producing a log in the log file? If so post it

I think it has no logfile

It seems pretty detailed on why it will not run. Its not nothing to do with gta, lspdfr or rage Im pretty sure

 

1. you don't have permission, I guess permission to run added scripts on your pc. 

 

2. some anti-virus program is blocking it.

This is bad because I have tried everything and nothing solves

You can try removing Avast completely from your pc, and disable windows defender by going to

Open Windows Defender Security Center.

Click on Virus & threat protection.

Click the Virus & threat protection settings option.

Turn off the Real-time protection toggle switch.

 

And go into your programs and be sure there are no other antivirus programs, that way you can eliminate antivirus programs completely. If it doesnt work Idk what to tell you.

Heres a checklist, right click those dll's and make sure file version is same

Can  you post screenshot of the programs you have installed? 

You removed Avast completely and tried? There are multiple ways it blocks stuff, I don't know how to properly talk you through fully disabling it without removing it, as I don't have it installed. You can always reinstall it later.

Yes, so much so that Windows Defender activated it later. But even disabling it too, it did not work.

Oh you don't have one. I hate to tell ya but something with your pc is blocking rage, otherwise it would be producing a log file, but its not even being allowed to start. I cant help ya, Idk what else to do.

If it doesn't load, the problem is usually fairly simple. Either the required libraries didn't load, or the program is experiencing crashes due to missing permissions.

If nothing pops up when you launch as admin, then you should delete all the files, and reinstall RageHook. Don't add any mods until you can get that to work.

It should be as simple as downloading, unblocking the zip, moving all the contents (minus license, readme, and sdk) into the GTA V root directory, and then running RPH. If it still doesn't work, then there's a file being blocked somewhere, by an antivirus, firewall, etc.
