That shouldn't keep Gta from running, Right click on some of them .dlls, and rage, click properties and see if there is a unblock button around the bottom

I'm not understanding what this "blocked" is.

 

It would only show in the general tab, on the bottom right

If its blocked, there would be a unblock button, if not there will  only be a advanced button

The "Avançadas"  button in right bottom-side is the Advanced Button. So i think its unlocked

Is this your first time trying to run LSPDFR?

 

Yes, I bought GTA lately just to run it

Have you played gta without lspdfr? You have to play story mode through the beginning, past the snow part.

I completed the missions until the last blow. It is at 87% progress.

Ok you need to uninstall lspdfr, there is a builtin uninstaller in the gta directory, then remove anyfiles that are not in the video below

 

 

Then follow albos videos, he starts from the beginning 

 

 

and make sure you disable Avast, and windows defender
