sorry i done it now but when i load up the game iv got my model i see a couple of the skins that i put on in openIV but most of them or the vanilla cop cars asep from when i go on sheriff everything right do you know why?

There are multiple locations for some of the police vehicles. Some are located in the x64e.rpf file, so you should copy and past that into your mods folder.
