    Either you change the keys inside of the .ini of the specific plugin or ingame press esc > LSPDFR > Keybindings and remove OPEN_BACKUP_MENU and TRAFFIC STOP

    You need to install SAR as well to use the configuration.

    There are multiple locations for some of the police vehicles. Some are located in the x64e.rpf file, so you should copy and past that into your mods folder.
