So i have ELS & siren Mastery installed however idk how to get the Ai to use the same sirens im using plus there all muted i tried the ini files for callouts and the sirenmastery/els plugins but all the ai sirens are muted lights are just flashing and there PA system works but not there Actual sirens 

 

i've seen the ai sirens working for LSPDFR users like Jeff FTM and Stevethegamer55  so how do i do it am i missing something please someone help thank you

To clarify, is it just sirens are muted, or are all vehicle sounds muted?

just the audio for my ai's sirens i have the vehicles vanilla audio files in the sirenmastery folder however all i hear is "Lspd Pull over now" during ambient chases or simple pursuits when 

calling for backups

Most likely ELS and SM are conflicting.  I recommend removing SM, as it's not necessary.  You can use non-ELS cars with ELS, just give them a VCF, but disable all the extras in the VCF, and set light stage activation to auto.
