ELS.asi Crashing

so i just started having this issue today where i replaced an old ELS vehicle with a new ELS vehicle and when i replace the xml file and set it to my liking i saved it then i loaded up

Rage and once im in the Loading Story with rage screen i get a popup error from scripthook saying  CORE: An exception occurred while executing ELS.asi heres an example if this isnt the place to post this someone please just help me fix this before moving the topic
