They are definitely Whelen sirens. Probably a combination of some variant of the Whelen 295 and the Whelen Cencom. One of the yelp tones in the first video sounds like the Whelen X-ecutor.

Really hard to say. I'd say it points towards the Gold, as the Gold does use a faster 'yelp' tone, like one of the cars in the first video. It still doesn't sound 100% right, however. Probably because there are a few different sirens playing at the same time in the videos.
