Ok so I have a ton of plugins, scripts and call out packs. I also have Arrest Manager and Stop The Ped. I'm aware by the warnings it could lead to duplication issues ( which I menu hop to avoid ), but does it cause any other issues?. Also I know for a fact I installed Arrest Manager as a requirement for an additional plugin or callout-pack. Just cannot recall. Just curious as to how many of you guys use one or the other, or maybe even both like I am.

Albo's mods previously all depended on each other.  At some point, he removed this dependency, so you're safe to remove AM, but still use Smart Radio and even Traffic Policer.  You will get a notification every time you on duty saying for better optimization you should have all of his mods, but you don't need it, and I've not had any optimization issues.

 

I recommend just removing AM.

Police Smart Radio is still working but giving me a notification at startup that it highly recommends I install AM. Seems fine without it however though. Noticed a couple of FPS difference aside from that. Nothing much. 

 

EDIT : Nevermind now when I hit 0 to get GPS route to nearest jail the arrested ped just gets out and walks off lol. All the police stations from Arrest Manager flash on the minmap for a second too before that occurs. Some sort of depedency still going on still on my end. Just gonna reinstall it lol.

It could be a conflict between AM and STP.

as stated by Ezra, there'll be no problem to remove AM.

you can watch youtube videos from FirstThirtyMinutes or GMAntonZ and they are fine. They both are not using AM
