Upgrading my PC quick question

Featured Replies

How's it going I'm gonna be upgrading my PC soon. I was just wondering if I could save my texture files, my gun replacements, my gun sounds  different things like that on a Flash drive and just transferred over my new PC? I dont want to have to re download everything. I don't mind plugins and other mods.

if you want to keep it simple, you can just backup all your GTA V folder contents.

in your target PC, install the GTAV and then just overwrite it with the one from your old PC.

don't forget to also copy the GTA V settings in "My Documents\Rockstar\GTA V"

or

if you're using mods folder from OpenIV, you can backup and copy the "mods" folder to your new PC.

but, you still have to install all other stuff manually.
