Gonna give this one more go if anyone even cares about iv now 

 

so got gta installed first time in a long time got it downgraded to 1070  an everything was goin fine cars,weapons lcpdfr then I got to an enb I picked eye candy by polecat an then my game would launch so tryef  cryenb same thing wouldn’t launch only enb I could get to launch was Dopplers London enb but I wasn’t really wanting it.

 

i have google an try most things if not all but keep failing to get gta iv to launch with the  enb I want 

 

my pc specs are 

windows 10 

geforce 1080

16gb ram 

I don’t see it being a specs issue cause when I played iv years ago on a shitty pc it worked
