Getting other Police cars to spawn in traffic

First off - apologies if this has been covered before; I've used the forum search feature and Google, but I wasn't having any luck.

I have Back on the Beat installed, however it is still a bit repetetive seeing the same 2 or 3 police cars all the time; so is there any way for me to add the Sheriff2, PoliceOld1+2 and my addon police cars to spawn in traffic with the correct peds etc.?

If someone could help me out, or point me in the right direction, it'd be greatly appreciated!
