What happens when you try to launch GTA 5 normally?

It crashes when i launch normally

 

Update OpenIV and disable your antivirus.  I couldn't get GTV.exe to load the game but after I updated OpenIV it loaded through GTAV.exe but still had that problem and message when opening through Rage.  Just found out if I disable my antivirus then Rage will load the game.  Might not work for everyone tho.

I have the same problem.

Disabled my antivirus and my openiv is up to date, still doesn't work
