The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How do i set up my mods folder?

hey Guys,

So i used to have lspdfr and it worked great, set it up perfectly but i screwed up and uninstalled GTA and OpenIV so i have to start from scratch, I thought i set up my mods folder properly but it seems i havn't and i can't for the life of me seem to figure out where i have gone wrong, when trying to install mods, it seems like im missing files or something?

this is my root folder:

and this is my mods folder:

What am i missing? I have no idea!

Try deleting your mod folder and reinstalling it via OpenIV. You will lose anything that you have saved in your mods folder but you said it wasn't working anyway.
