This happened a lot with me too. It most likely has something to do with your keyboard. Make sure you don't have any shortcut keys and didn't accidentally make a key do something it's not supposed to. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your keyboard drivers if you have any, or delete your keyboard from the existing driver program and re-set it up.

I dealed with it already. Just needed to enter windowed mode 😉
