For some reason, I don't seem to be getting notifications from threats I'm following anymore, I've checked my notification settings and all that, they seem perfectly fine, but I don't seem to get them anymore.

Try going into the threads you're following.  Does it still show you as followed?  If yes, click "following" while in the thread, and it should show you what your notification settings are for the thread.

I've been following content I've replied to for years, but I just noticed this the other day. For some reason that option was unchecked. Regardless, I'll keep my eye out.
