Here is a short comprehensive guide to the installation of LSPDFR and RPH:

Step 1: Download and install LSPDFR. That means download it, make a new folder titled "lspdfr" and then extract the files to that folder.

Step 2: Download and install RPH. Follow the same steps as above, make new folder and extract.

Step 3: Download and install ScriptHookV. Follow the same steps as above, make new folder and extract.

With respect to UnknownBastian, I'm going to clarify even more because his post is confusing to even me, lol.  Also, ScriptHookV is not a requirement.  That is only if you want extra scripts and what not.

 

1) Download LSPDFR. https://www.lcpdfr.com/lspdfr/index/

 

 2) Drag and drop the files from that download into your GTA V directory.

 

3) Download RPH 0.64 - http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx

 

4) Drag and drop the files in that download to your GTA V directory.

 

Now, RagePluginHook.exe should be in your GTA V directory.  Launch this file.

 

Once in game, hit F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll"  (Once you start typing, it'll auto fill out for you, just hit tab)

 

Then, with the F4/Rage menu open, type "forceduty" and hit enter.  You can also go to police stations - marked with stars on the map - to go on duty.

 

You should now have bare bones LSPDFR working!  Let us know either way how this goes so we can proceed from there.
