The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey everyone, I am wondering if anyone can walk me through some mod installs. I have LSPDFR installed, and I have everything from albo installed, but I am trying to get like search features and radar and everything, but some places where they say to install don't even exist in my game folder, so I don't know what to do. Can anyone take some time to walk me through it over skype or something? I would be greatly appreciative.

Albo has published a really good "HOW TO" video series on yt. Do not miss watching all of these! Extremly helpful. After that you should be able to solve your problem by yourself. Just open his channel and look for his HOW TO playlist.
