The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am sorry, but since this is a mod, it will only ever be supported on PC. There is no chance that either companies would allow this mod to go onto console, nor do I think it is possible.

I believe modding breaks the T.O.S. for using a Xbox/PS4.  Also alot of the Mods (at-least script wise) only work on PC because of there backend software. Like the C++ redistribute's

Please use the search function in the future, this has been asked many of times.

 

LSPDFR is a PC only modification, and there are no plans (to my knowledge) of trying to bring it onto console.
