Are you using a mods folder?  If yes, rename the folder to _mods

No, I believe he means PlayGTAV, or if you have a shortcut for however you normally launch GTA 5.

I don’t have a short cut and no other mods

Then you would go into your GTA 5 Directory and find PlayGTA.

What Gio and Bastion mean is, Are you able to play Vanilla GTA 5. No mods no Ragepluginhook. As if you were going to play online or story mode.

Does the game work normally>?
