I've been looking for the template for this 2013 Explorer for a while now, I swear i've downloaded every single model and template yet none have matched. I included images of the model and livery below. I have literally no idea who made the model either, i've tried the templates from BXBugs, The Hurk, Black Jesus and many more. I hope yall LSPDFR wizards can help, thanks!

Just tried, his 13 explorers don't have the right template either.

A lot the the explorers he uses are from BXBugs which are pretty close but don't fit.

 

Does thegreathah have a 2014 one?

That might be a 2015?

I'm really not sure, i'll look at the guy you just said's vehicles.

Well I just downloaded a lot of his packs and they all use templates that don't match and a lot of them I already tried.

Did you ever find one??? I am having this issue as well lol.
