Can't get inside the station

Whenever I try to go inside the station to get on duty, it won't let me. I enter the red circle and the screen goes black with the LOADING text and the flash that goes through it. And it just continues to stay that way for forever. So I can't access the station to get on duty and get the vehicles and uniform and such.. Which is quite annoying.. I have no idea what causes it, so I've attached the diagnostics dump below.

    Of course it's running as admin.

    System specs are:

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

    Intel i5 2500K @ 3.3 GHz

    8GB RAM

    Gainward Geforce GTX 570 1220mb dedicated Golden Sample

    Mods I'm running is a script for fixing the taxi bug and a script for indicators, in addition to the ELS and ELS vehicles for police. And GTA enviroment mod 5.0.

    Never had any issues before, it just happened randomly after installing the enviroment mod. I'm running the exact same setup as a friend of mine, who it works perfectly for.

    Alright, I've managed to fix it, at least for a short time. I let it stand to load for a real long time, and now it loads up again, just takes more time than it normally would. So for now, it seems fixed..
