The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Then you have a corrupted file in there. You should Delete your mods folder and start from scratch. Because unless you know what you changed recently there is no way to figure out the reason for crash. It could be anything from a bad model file to a missing piece of text in .metas

haven't changed any metas, so must be vehicle model. I'll give that a try and see what happens. Thanks!
