Game crash while responding to muggings

So recently I just installed LCPDFR on my steam copy of EFLC  and surprisingly its more stable then my disk copy of IV.  My only problem is a get a game crash whenever I get near the mugging callouts.  My guess is when the game tries to spawn them it crashes.   Files are attached below:
