Hello!

 

When my ELS lights are in full code 3 mode, once I exit the vehicle they remain the same [picture 1]... but if I only have my secondary /directional lights on (at a traffic stop for example) the lights dim, but only when I exit the vehicle [picture 2]. I've tried with the engine on & off with no difference. This is on every ELS vehicle. Photos are below. 

 

Any help would be appreciated. My game & all mods are up to date.

(above) lightstage 3 when out of the car, works without issue.

 

(below) Just secondary lights on, and they dim.
