The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Now it starts the game up. I think I had the wrong version of visual c++.

 

But it crashes a lot when playing for a few minutes. This is my pc:

 

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050, 2 GB

Intel® Core™ i5-8400 hexa-core processor

8 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD

 

Is it too slow?

Based on the information you have given me, your PC should be able to run GTA 5 no problem. However, what are you doing when it crashes while in game?

Make sure Microsoft .NET Visual frameowrk 4.6 or higher is installed. If it is installed, make sure it is unblocked. What fixed all my issues was redownloading Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015, and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package x64. All of my RAGE issues went away once I redownloaded all of those I listed.
