The following picture and link are for a FiveM radar script that I seen on youtube.  I have contacted the creator on the link and have not had any response.  I was wondering if something similar could be created for single player.  ADMINS and MODS, if not allowed, I completely understand.

I would really REALLY love to see this, as an RPH plugin or ASI 

I would love to see this be implemented into GTA V SP, but I know it would be very taxing. Have you two looked into SpeedRadar? It is a fairly heavy plugin, but it is very realistic down to the modes that can be toggled to the beep when you lock onto a speeding vehicle. I play FiveM and we use this exact radar, but I don't know how easily it could be brought over...

Any updates on this fantastic idea for a single player???

I think probably,  can someone contact the owner and ask him if he can make a version compatible with single player to play on lspdfr
