What message are you getting specifically when trying to access the site?

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Ummm I'm going to do my best at translating so it won't be 100% accurate

You can't reach this site

It takes to long before lcpdfr.com reacts

Try the following:

Check your internet

Check the proxy and firewall

Run Windows network diagnostics

ERR_TIMED_OUT

We need some info to start investigating --

Your ISP, browser,OS etc would all be a good start.

My internet service provider is ziggo

My browser is Google chrome (didn't work on Microsoft edge either) and I use Windows 10
