a 166mb usually takes 10-15mins to download but in the last few days ib getting only 3xxbytes/s download and my browser shows i need 3d-6days to download a 166mb files and it is unstable 300bytes/s sometimes eve drop into the 1xxbytes/s zone

Unfortunately I'm not seeing an issue on our end, this could be caused by a contention issue between your ISP and our provider. I will raise this with our provider but it may be mostly out of our control.
