The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If I have LSPDFR installed with RAGE, can I still play the story mode normally with achievements if I launch the game normally from steam. Not from the rage launcher.

Ragehook blocks gta5 from going online so I'm gonna assume all achievements are disabled. 

To test this out for sure just look up the easiest achievement and try to get it in game.
