"So before I start please I hope that you understand that I'm not that good at English but I will try my best to explain my problem,

Before this happened there was a random blackout happening on my place about 3 times it didn't really create a problem, After a few hours of playing I decided to go download a new file to add in my game went to the website and tried downloading a mod it will then load then I get a message "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"  and a few other errors, I decided to clear my browsing data it didn't really fixed my problem, I tried using a different browser (firefox and Microsoft edge) it shows me the same thing, I hope someone can help me fix my problem.

 

(SEA) If it's not a problem with the website, I still hope that someone can help me out .

Unfortunately I'm not seeing an issue on our end, this could be caused by an issue between your ISP and our provider. I will raise this with our provider but it may be mostly out of our control.

Thank you for the reply, a few days ago after this was posted I tried using a VPN and got to download a few files after that my internet shut down for a few hours and came back after that I was able to download files again, thank you for the response again.
