The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so i installed https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/12322-2016-california-highway-patrol-megapack/ and converted it to work in fivem, but the vehicles.meta file is making it crash once i try to load into the server. I installed everything else properly but i think there may be some extra entries in because i deleted all of the stuff that didn't do anything with the cars.

(i had to rename it to .xml to be able to attach it)

Your best bet is asking in the fivem community. We offer support for LSPDFR and GTA V, not fivem.
