Anybody know if there is a siren out there like the one seen in the video???

I believe the siren to be this: D&R Intimidator. You might be able to find other agencies that use that siren.

This is actually from the D&R RDS 17. Toronto Police are using it in their new vehicles. D&R has an RDS line. Some Canadian cities use the 16 but Toronto uses the 17. That particular siren is the inter-clear (or intersection clear) siren and it's the same on both versions. It's 5 yelps at normal speed, then 5 more faster, than faster again.
I haven't been able to find any files for it, I am working on making my own though.
