Main lightbar doesn't work ELS Opaque windows/lightbar

Hi, today download an ELS compatible mod, but the mainlightbar does not work.

 

I saw a video that a youtuber uses the same model (I know it has other textures, but it's the same model! already try put that texture and it's the same)

 

The mainlightbar and the windows look completely opaque, black. (not transparent as seen in the video) WHY?

 

i Installed the pranger as it comes in the .rar, with your ELS file. And the mainlightbar does not work.
