Someone help me!

My issue is, I download LSPDFR, Rage Plugin Hook and Script Hook V, but when I try to open RagePluginHook, it shows the little loading circle two times and nothing happens, can someone please help me, thank you.

Would you mind to take a screenshot of that? Because I don't remember seeing any circle thingie loading for RPH. If you're using it for the first time it should pop up a installation screen.

I think the issue is my firewall has blocked the EXE file, but I have no clue how to unblock it,,,

When I run it as administrator it says this..

Let me send you a screenshot, hold on.

 

If you do suspect that is a firewall issue, do the following:

-Press the Window key and start typing "Windows Defender Firewall".
-On the left panel, you should spot something like "allow an app or feature" button. Click it
-Press "Change Settings"
-You'll find Grand Theft Auto V and that list and might be in duplicate. Check all if that applies

Although Im not very optimistic about that fix. Right click the .exe of RPH and click analyze with Windows Defender. The system should analyze a total of 6 files. Tell me how many did it analyze. If the system can't recognize RPH, it should either pop up as a threat or non existent so the scan will be perform only on a few files and no files at all.

Have you tried reinstalling RPH?

I use Malwarebytes Premium, can I scan it with that?

I reinstalled it 15 times...

I'm actually pretty sure its Malwarebytes that is the cause of the problem then my dude. Plenty of antivirus or antimalware software block RPH. See if you can create an exception for RPH in Malwarebytes or unistall it temporarily to see if its the cause. My case was Komodo's

I turned off the 4 things, will Malwarebytes still run?

At the time of me downloading, I had the 4 buttons off, will Malwarebytes still block things? Also if I uninstall it will it still stay or no?

Like, will the block still stay on?

To that I cant reply. I do not have that software so I don't know about its implications. But by default it should lift the block otherwise you wouldn't need the system to be running for it to be functioning and that doesn't make much sense. Who knows? Its a matter of trying I'm afraid.

I never encountered that issue you re having so that's what makes me believe this issue goes beyond the game and LSPDFR/RPH.
