The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've been trying to install lspdfr for a couple days now and have tried many things but everytime I try to run it an error comes up saying "bad anivirus software" I've tried turning off my virus software and running as admin. Please help.

You're sure you don't have a stealth antivirus installed? I had Komodo AV once and I didn't even realized that.
Did you modify or messed with the gameconfig?
And finally do you have any add ons?

I don't have any add ons and didn't modify with the game. The only antivirus software I have is mcafee

“Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus. Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer”. This is exactly what it's saying.

Been having the same issue for a long time now, I have followed each and every single tutorial out there on how to install LSPDFR and still not working. The weird part is that it used to work perfectly and one day it just stopped working. I have downloaded clean versions of the game like 20 times now. I'm just losing hope on this.
