The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

While off duty, I get 75-70 fps, while on, im in the 60-70, occasionally dipping into 49-60. Is this normal? I tried lowering my settings, no luck. Im guessing its the "assorted callouts" that may be causing it? I also have arrest manager and traffic officer.

This is normal, the more mods, plugins and other stuff you have in your game for example going on duty you get FPS drop because it has to run more things
